What counts as a "question"?
Every time a visitor submits a message to your chatbot, that counts as one question. Live chat messages are not counted.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. When Stripe is connected, upgrades are prorated automatically. You only pay the difference for the remaining days.
What happens if I hit my limit?
The chatbot will still respond to visitors, but new scraping and document uploads will be blocked until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.

What is a "page scraped"?
